First and foremost I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 25 years.
I own and manage my personal training business BodySuit Training that I started in 2008. Since then, I have trained people of all walks of life, specializing in women who want to shape up, athletes who need special guidance to perform better, and people with neck and back problems.
As the daughter of a former two-time Olympian, and the niece of a lifetime experienced meet organizer, I am also engaged in the Track & Field world. With over 25 years of experience in the field, I am a highly qualified Event Presentation Manager at one-day Diamond League Meetings all over the world.
Successfully owning, managing and marketing my PT business, has inspired me to help other personal trainers grow their business. I do so by offering Social Media Management services in general and more specifically Fitness Marketing for personal trainers and private studios.
Practicing what I preach, I am an avid fitness and weight training enthusiast, so I like comfortable sportswear that flatters my body and makes me feel and look good. Collaborating with Olivia Borlée & Elodie Ouedraogo, former Belgian Olympian Gold Medalists who founded the fabulous sports fashion label Unrun|4254 is a logical means to that end. I am an official sales point of their different collections and you can come and try their exclusive lines at my studio.
